A: Yes (from my understanding) but with the powder you can even take a third scoop in the evening.. of course I think that's a bit much but that's what they have on the bottle.

I have used protein powders for years and am always looking for a better product. I love this one because it has a nice flavor and is amazingly dissolved in water. AND, maybe the best characteristic is that it is absorbed immediately into the body system. So, when I get ready to work out, I start drinking in the car on the way to the gym and I continue to drink as I workout. I don't worry about the exact amount of water, I just put a scoop in a bottle of water and I am good to go.
