Very bad taste, looks like you are drinking solution tube (gum used in tyre puncture). Buy at your own risk, i swear you don't buy it again. I'll never buy it again. Very bad taste, container itself looks very cheap, and there is no expiry batch number etc on the container.

I don't hate it, is good for mild workout. I always buy two Pre-workout, it's good to have a milder Pre-workout for low intense training.

First time using a pre-workout after working out for 3 years, this is a good one. Not too much caffeine and not too less, all the other ingredients are also in a fairly adequate level. Keeps up energy for 1½ hours. Satisfied! Beginners can use this.
