Okay so I HAD to come back and review this! The previous reviews did not disappoint. I was skeptical to buy this but let me share my experience with this shampoo. It is a FACT that the smell is not pleasant but THIS PRODUCT DOES WORK! It took about 2 weeks to improve my symptoms and I was NOT disappointed. It does benefit leaving it longer during washing (5 minutes at most) and it also helps having a scalp exfoliator to really get into the scalp. I used it a least 2-3 times a week (a day or 2 in between washing hair). DO NOT OVERUSE! It is recommended to use a little conditioner as it's a little rough after the use as it does leave the hair stiff (also helps with the scent). After the wash, you can style as usual, if needed. Once symptoms improve, you can use it weekly to keep/prevent the dandruff away and refresh the scalp. A little extra and personal note, it did help improve my skin psoriasis symptoms on my lower neck. I definitely recommend this product to people who have psoriasis and/or bad dandruff. Especially of other dandruff brands no longer work on your hair. Also, keep the bottle upright at all times. It does tend to leak if the bottle is left upside down.

My scalp has been itching for days. I ordered this shampoo yesterday, and waited to get it quick. I immediately took a shower and rubbed it in and waited about 8 minutes with it laththered up. A bunch of woosies said it smells bad. The thing is it takes away the itching, don't bitch, if you have the itch. The smell smells like a telephone pole,or a railroad tie,or a newly paved road, slightly, not overwhelming at all. I like the smell, and it doesn't last but a while. The main thing is, it's working, and medicine doesn't always smell good, but I was going crazy scratching my scalp, and making sores and scabs. I couldn't find any tar based shampoo anywhere in a store. Thanks Amazon, for having it and very good price. Take my word, this is medicine. My head feels so good now!

This Medicasp shampoo works very well against dandruff. From the first use, it relieves itching and leaves the scalp healthier. The smell is a bit strong, but the results are worth it. I recommend it for persistent dandruff.

I gotta say this stuff does work good (see pics) but it smells like nicotine and moth balls, it's AWFUL! If you are like my and have long hair I would suggest you do what I do and just use this on you scalp and wash the rest of your hair with something else that smells good cause this will make you sick if you have to smell it on your hair around your face all day! That's why I gave a 4 instead of 5 cause they didn't even try to make it smell decent AT ALL.

It worked on the very first use. I noticed the difference because I didn't feel any itching, and the flaking was reduced by 80%. The scent is a bit strong, but my hair didn't retain the smell. I am satisfied with its effectiveness.

It helps with scalp issues but you will definitely smell it on you the rest of the day if even if you use another shampoo after this. It is strong smelling but effective and leaves your hair feeling healthy.

I recommend purchasing this shampoo works great on my hair . It doesn't dry my hair out . Reasonable price . Helps with extra oil in hair good on scalp .

Very good product for dandruff. Works as expected. Not a cure, but removes all signs of dandruff, no longer have that issue of flakes
