This system is absolutely gorgeous! It works well, was easy to install, and looks very elegant. And we were doing a new construction so we were able to install the multiple pipes. I would highly recommend this unit. Each part came individually wrapped in a beautiful box, they even gave you gloves-white cloth gloves to handle the product. It is good quality, heavy and well worth the money. This is much cheaper than many products like it. I was thoroughly impressed.

This is a well displayed piece of junk. When any of the parts fail it’s impossible to find replacement for the part. Amazon did not honor our request for a replacement where we are sent through a separate entity that even with pictures were totally unable to identify the product part and send us the correct part I would not buy from this company again

Got one on Amazon about a year ago thought it was the same it wasn't disappointing the first one amplified water pressure this one don't. Find the one I got the first time it's better. This one does it's job

what I read about the product was delivered & installed with the results I was expecting. Shower kit has very nice features as well. So far, I'm very satisfied.
