This is such a simple solution to having to replace the old style mixer with two knobs into having a single knob. Otherwise the tiles need to be broken to install such a mixer which is concealed. While it is a tad bit expensive but worth the money as it is installed in 30 mins without much hassle. And it looks good and does the job as required.

Looks wise this is too good. The normal faucet is also decent. Infact can say good as the water flows like waterfall. But the connector pipe sending water to the overhead shower is very thin and hence the shower lacks force. Even called a technician from Kohler to get same checked. He said it is cause of low water pressure and suggested that we change shower head from 8" to 6". But that can't be it as it works well with other faucet/normal modelled taps. The water pressure in all our other taps is good enough. As confirmed by multiple people, it is owing to the thin connector pipe of Toobi only. Update: Increasing 1 star for the efforts put in by the Kohler team to resolve the issue. Multiple visits by technicians and even one supervisor to try and resolve it. Final verdict from them, the water pressure is low. And that Kohler items require higher water pressure. My counter, my home is like any average house - with brand new pipelines. So pressure won't be that low. Anyways all other fittings (majorly Jaquar) are working perfectly fine. So then you should put in more efforts in communicating that the Kohler products are not fit for all households. Mango people like us don't understand 1BAR 2BAR pressure measurement systems. Then you should clearly mention that there should be 40-50 feet gap between the tank and faucet for adequate pressure. So, while thankful for all the efforts put in, still dissatisfied as I would consider it inferior product compared to competition.

Excellent in every aspect. Installation is easy if have the product before plumbing as our plumber is not very educated. Water pressure for the Tap Part is excellent but for the shower is just alright. Durable Bass insides parts where plastic cover outer parts. The price is good I got it as normal diverter from Kohler. But I considered this as the whole setup is not inside wall which is easy to repair incase of any defects in future.

Easy to install. Gives modern look to your bathroom. Sturdy and elegant. One to go for. Good service by technicians.

No return policy and product not installed likeges after water pressure increase not long term good product

Very painful to install. We trying installing ourself but there was leakage from body. So we called professionals service from urban company. They installed but leakage started next day. Then second plumber visited to had experience of installing Kohler devices. He fixed the leakage but next day it is leaking again. Product idea is great but it has installation issue. Still struggling to fix problems with installation

Beautiful looking easy maintenance wall mixer from Kohler, just brilliant! + Beautiful + no water stain/ residue (excess water can be easily wiped off with towel) + sturdy and looks withstand for long + Value for money - No free installation along with purchase. - Better to raise installation request via call instead of calling your local plumber (or you will have to struggle with leakage issue or push button not working issues like me) - In metro cities like Chennai Kohler has good service support ( but not sure about other areas) Service person is polite and fixed the issues in no time. - If you are replacing your old mixer with this, then it's even more struggle to install, these installation issues can be easily rectified by just giving free installation by Kohler, not sure about their strategy. Because if you install wrong yourself, they only come and fix it under warranty free of cost, what's the point not giving free installation in first place? God only knows. To summarise all, if you are ready to go through all struggle to make your bathroom wall looks beautiful, then go for it. I have both push button and also knob model(pics attached), i recommend knob model as it's been working without any issues past one year. Just installed push button model and the button stuck in shower mode and the Kohler technician found that a minute plastic debris stuck in button mechanism and fixed it, not sure how long it will last.. will update! 👍🏻
