Easy Replacement for a faulty machine.
I received the A3 Laminator Model LM 381 as a birthday present but after one use the heating element didn't work the second time. I emailed the company and they were kind enough to send me a new one. The laminator is easy to use and fits perfectly on my desk.

Too hot? Page got eaten.
It has been great and easy to use so far, with the exception of what I assume is a heat control issue. I have been laminating a bunch of stuff for homeschool, and it must’ve gotten too hot? I slid the page in, and nothing came out. I’m going to have to take it apart and see what I can do, I guess.

Broken within 3 Months
I just bought this laminator in September for this school year and it is already broken. I have been have continuous issues with it getting jammed, but luckily have been able to stop the sheets from getting stuck. Today, I was unable to stop it and now the sheet is stuck inside. I have had many laminators, as I’m a teacher and use them regularly, but I have never had one break or jam more than this one.

Started jamming 2 days after the return window closed **UPDATE** FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!
**UPDATE** I emailed customer service, and in a couple of hours, a representative replied, offering a full refund on my purchase or a new replacement at no cost to me. I don't even have to send the bad one back to them. I will certainly purchase this brand in the future. I updated this review from 1 to 5 stars. I purchased this same laminator a couple of years ago and it suited my needs until it would no longer heat up. I figured it held up well for the amount of use it had, so I bought another. The new one worked about the same as the first, but with minimal use it suddenly started jamming. I tried different sizes and thicknesses of lam sheets, but it still randomly jams. It seems to do it less when I let it warm up for a long time, but it will still do it at times after adequate warm up. It could just be a lemon - it is just always a pain when something you rely on doesn't work correctly.
