Works fairly good but not for smaller projects

These are quality made. I bought these after seeing them on favorite woodworking YouTube channel. They are extremely easy to use and they hold perfect 90 degree corners. I use them when building Cornhole boards.

I was faced with the project you see on my workbench. It will be a free-standing frame to support my RC airplanes. One completed frame supports a total of 15 medium size planes with support brackets on both sides. You can see how these right angle clamps are rigidly supporting the entire frame prior to snstalling two 3 1/2 screws at each corner. The close-up photo #2 clearly shows how the clamps work. Note that they are designed such that the two screws can be scewed in place through main frame and into the cross piece. And they are eminently adjustable and strong, and all corners are perfectly square. With the 4 right angle clamps in place and before any screws were installed I could pick up the entire frame as shown on my workbench and not one piece of wood moved. These same right angle clamps were used to clamp diagonal braces in place. I simply unscrewed the locking bracket, put the angular support in place, tightened it down and they were screwed in place. Every piece of wood you see on the 4th photo was easily and accurately installed with the help of my 2 sets of amazing right angle clamps. One of the best woodworking tools I've ever owned and the price is far less than what it's worth. Thanks Amazon for making my day.

I recently tried out these corner clamps and found them to be a mixed bag. On the positive side, the ease of clamping and the ability to tighten with one hand were quite handy, making the setup process relatively straightforward. However, I encountered a few issues that made these clamps less than ideal for precise woodworking. I found myself constantly fiddling with each piece, trying to get them to butt up against each other properly to achieve a perfect square. The bottom of the clamps where they welded each side together wasn’t perfectly square, causing the wood to ride up some. This was particularly frustrating when trying to maintain exact alignment. Additionally, these clamps didn’t fit 2x4 lumber on the wider side, which was a significant limitation for my projects. Because of these issues, I decided to return them and opted for the red 90-degree corner clamps by DIYLOG instead. The DIYLOG clamps fit 2x4s in either direction, are perfectly square, and are much easier to dial in for precise work. Overall, I’m rating these clamps 3 stars. While they offer some convenient features, the alignment issues and fit limitations were deal-breakers for me. If you’re working with smaller lumber and don’t need perfect precision, they might work for you, but I needed something more reliable for my woodworking projects.
