I broke a glass lid some time ago and we had another, different sized, pan without a lid. Space is at a premium so, when I saw this, I hoped that it would fit both pans. It has worked out great. The lid has step ridges so it securely fits various size pans. The silicone ring is strong enough to not flex too much when in use. The glass is thick so the lid feels secure when in use. I stumbled across this when searching for replacements and I'm very happy I came across it.
