It is a 110volt plug, not UK plug.

Out of order and no support team responding
We purchased this machine in March 2024 and have only used it 3 to 4 times. Unfortunately, it has already stopped working. We reached out to the company for a warranty claim, but they have not responded to our emails. This is not the proper way to sell or support a product.

Used only once after buying. It stopped working when I was using it for the second time. After 17 days of purchasing they closed the return window. Basically it's a very bad product. Highly disappointed. Please do not buy.
