I have been involved selling and servicing gas weed eaters for more than 30 years. Our family business started selling the original "Weed Eaters" when I was young so over 35 years I have handled probably hundreds of these trimmers. I purchases this trimmer for our home/farm and usually its gets used once a week. I was always the one responsible to do all the cutting chores at home. This unit is light weight and so easy to use my wife now enjoys taking care of the grass and weeds with it now. She will come in the shop, grab a battery, pop it in and go! Takes about 30 minutes for her to complete the trimming in our yard, when done she hangs it back up and puts the battery back on the charger. The trimmer line feeds out well and is no problem to load new string in when needed too. I was extremely skeptical replacing my gas trimmers with this but now I can say I will never own another gas trimmer!
