Amazing Keto Bars, My Favourite!
My favourite Keto bars so far and can't see myself looking at trying anymore if I can get these. Shout out to the Brownie which wasn't overly sweet, more salty and very cake like in consistency and the raspberry and almond which I thought would be my least favourite but might actually be my favourite. It was chewy, subtle raspberry and beautifully almond tasting without the taste of essence. I love the very few ingredients, the natural ingredients and no sweetners in these bars. Top notch snack for healthy keto fans.

Tastes fine but side effects
I brought these for my husband and mother who are on the keto diet. Well priced as usually they are about £2.50/bar. They enjoyed the flavours but be warned as there are some digestive side effects which you may not want if you are out and about :)

Bought the variety pack to try the flavours. On the whole they tasted ok however, there seemed to an overwhelming greasy texture. I thought they were expensive for what they were. Would not reorder.

Perfect
I didn’t think the perfect keto snack existed but these are brilliant. I was looking for something sweet, super low carb, made without sweeteners, minimal ingredients. These are small snacks which are just enough, not too sweet (everything is too sweet when you cut out sugar!) and not outrageously expensive. Loving all 4 flavours. Chewy nutty little treats!

Good quality high fat bar for Keto followers
I follow a high fat Keto diet and find that, whilst it's easy to find protein bars, I've found that it's harder to find a high fat bar. The Fattbars are small (30g) which may shock people used to having the more standard 50g bar size HOWEVER since they are high fat, they are way more filling than a high protein bar of the same size would be. My favourites are the caramel and sea salt and the apple and cinnamon - it's great to have some non-chocolate flavours. What I can't for the life of me figure out is what makes them sticky and holding shape with natural ingredients - I was expecting to see something like Xanthum, Guar or Glucomannan in there as the 'gelling agent'. Having tried the variety pack I will definitely buy them again in the flavours I prefer - they are a good 'fat hit' on the go.

Read this b4 purchase
I thought to put these (variety pack) to the supreme test and tried them after high carb meals instead of during already fat adapted/keto/ketovore/low carb. I will not discuss the taste as is very personal and subjective. I am metabolically healthy and I can easily shift between raw/vegan/high carb/low carb/high protein/keto/ketovore/carnivore/lion/meat and fruit. I am very active, 45, female and I use 2-4k kcal daily. So I had 4 of these (2+2) in the next 14 hours window after the high carb + lean protein meal. I had enough high and sustained energy to go through a workout and a physical active job shift. However, 2-3 hours after each, I felt hungry (no cravings). The huge problem with these is, they ferment in the stomach and made my belly look like in the 5th month pregnancy, in a matter of 1 hour after having the first 2. Then the rest of the day was awful because they made me fart literally every 5 minutes, worse than worst I ever had (I remember long time ago I tested Slim Fast) and was very challenging for me to go through my shift. And it says, on high fat, never trust a fart. I was thinking, if I took these on a long flight, I would had to sue the producer for the explosive fart bombs the bars gave me. As well as, someone in keto is not supposed to snack. So these should be used in exceptional situations such as travelling and no suitable meals options available, a very busy day when meal prep is not possible. But on a daily basis, no. If still think to buy, testing in a not-public place is highly advisable. Everyone’s gut is different but is good to check in advance. Also, plant fats are not supposed to get someone in ketosis, animal fats are supposed to do so. Plant fats are supposed to be used to transition to keto, when the body is not used to process high animal fat, or when gallbladder issues, temporarily. I think these are to be best used when transitioning to keto/low carb, to help sustain the energy while going through the keto flu. But as a snack if do nuts, better activate nuts/seeds and have them on their own, dip them in butter/ghee/tallow, or better just have beef jerky/avocado dipped in fat, to avoid the huge problems caused by the flatulence, pregnancy-belly-like and noisy stomach. By any means, if you have these problems while on keto, a magnesium citrate should help expel quicker, and if not keto but have sugary foods, a sweets meal should cause a rapid bowel movement with rapid stomach emptying, and if healthy eating, a chamomile tea should help calm down the stomach, followed probably by a gut buds reset (a bit of fasting, same food monomeal, kefir, apple cider vinegar, raw garlic, whatever you do when you start all over. I hope this will help someone. Kept 2 stars for sustained energy and removed 3 for messing up my shift, my stomach and my gut buds. Thanks! ☺️

Tried all flavours & they're all delicious, taste naughty but they're totally keto!

If you a like a sticky, gooey, toffee squish, gelatine bar consistency then these are for you Beware the awful smell & taste though If you are looking for a crunch, these are definitely not for you They are very pricey for what you get & literally money in the bin :( I would not buy these again
