I'm a big fella with a thick neck. Will this fit me?

Small will not fit, I had to return for a bigger size both the length chest and neck are too small for me. I am a short but big guy as well. larger size has not come in yet will post when it does. But in all good quality.

What is the neck size in inches on the small alb?

I am not sure. I am a size 15 neck and it fits me fine with the velcro cross overs.
