They're easy to swallow and are easy on your stomach. Before finding these, I was taking the daily packs of a men's multivitamin from Costco. The pills are all different sizes and the B Vitamin pill alone was the classic horse pill that requires sheer determination to swallow without choking. Now try doing that every morning. The fish oil supplement is good, but I really have issues with traditional fish oil pills. They make my heart race (this is a legit issue for some people that I just recently found out) and they really upset my stomach. These capsules are easy to swallow and their proprietary formulation gives you all the benefits without the problems of regular supplement packs. This is the first supplement with fish oil I've been able to tolerate. And these pills don't make me nauseous or feel like I just ate bad sushi hours later. There's nothing worse than burping up your high-powered vitamin supplement all morning. I've never had that issue with these! I am not sure if boxjump 360 bought out man made 360 ( which I have been buying for months now) , or if it is just a rebranding, but the difference between the 2 is undeniable. The 1st box of man made I purchased worked like I thought it would but every box after just did not seem to have the same kick. I attributed that to me becoming use to the vitamin pack, but after only 3 days of taking Boxjump 360 I am pretty sure Man made was filling the capsules with flour toward the end of their run to make a little exit cash, because my nose is numb and the jitters are finally starting to not be as intense. The price jump from man made to boxjump is a little much, so I'm not 100% I'm going to stick with them solely ( I may try another brand that is cheaper to see if I can get close to the same benefits). In the end... I am happy man made is gone. Boxjump is a great product but not sure if it's worth the price yet.

In terms of ease, this product makes things dummy proof. Someone who is brand new to taking vitamins/supplements can buy a box of these and have no questions... However it may come as a cost. Opening my first pack when my box was delivered, I was surprised to see 6 individual pills. I'm no champ so I had to take them individually due to their size (which isn't large, I'm just a weird person) but the worst thing for me was what came after you took them. I've been taking these packs for about two weeks now and every single time, I burp up the horrible taste of the vegetable capsule for hours. Mind you, these things are all natural so not artificial tastes... Which is great and all but holy cow I wish I knew it would of tasted like this. All in all, I will not be buying another box because of the burp factor. Why this happens baffles me and I always take it with a meal at the same time of day, daily. So who knows. I would recommend this product to someone who needs something that is easier to maintain than any other packs out there but I would warn them of the taste. ******* In terms of overall business design... For the last 8 months I have been taking these vitamins, and I can really tell a difference. I am about 220lbs and 6ft tall and I sleep much better and I have more energy in the day now. I feel better because I know a simple multivitamin a day will do. I looked into the Animal Pack vitamins and other brands, but they were just a waste of money. Large amounts of minerals and nutrients of specific vitamins. Most times, the amount is too high or not enough. Sometimes the incorrect balance. However, that's not an issue here. When I received the product I was excited it was a different approach to multivitamins it had a high dosage of omega-3 and probiotics the main problem with this product I took 5 packs and two of them was open and a powder was all in the pack when I took the Packs I did feel a difference it's a good product why put one star because the five pack I opened to pack the pill was opened the powder was all over the pack and it tastes horrible

Awesome product great overall ingredients for your daily nutritional needs, six pills come in each pack. They give off a fishy smell When you open a pack but that's expected of course and they go down pretty easy with water. I usually swallow 3x at a time. I take mine right after my lunch meal and feel great no mid day crash and because they help you achieve your daily nutrition requirements they give me the energy and focus my mind needs throughout a long work day and training. I have been taking these for a couple and have to pause taking them because there is a slight fish taste and I hate even the smell of fish. I think it comes from being forced to eat salmon patties as a child. The manufacture has told me there is an adjustment coming which should alleviate this in the near future. I’m excited to try as the nutritional value provided in these are exactly what I am looking for in a supplement... especially since I can’t stomach the taste of fish.

They're easy to swallow, they don't make you burp, and they seem to give you a lot of energy! Overall great value.
