Great pillows, Great company
I LOVE these pillows (they are GREAT- nice and fully stuffed and covered with real fabric, not that easy to tear airplane pillow cover junk you see on cheap inserts...) I also LOVE this company. It's amazing how a little bit of grace can cause someone to become loyal- I made a mistake on measurements and ordered the wrong size pillows for our guest bed. !00% my fault. I contacted the company and asked if they might possibly send me a return label so I could send them back. At the same time, I placed a new order with the correct size pillows for the covers. The very next day, those new pillows arrived AND they credited my account for the mistaken order. Wow. Maybe eating the cost of 2 pillows is no big deal to them, but I'm extremely grateful for their trust and for their pillows. From now on, I'm buying all of our pillows from Pillowflex. Thank you guys. I really appreciate your service!

Perfect Supportive Pillow Replacement
This lumbar pillow insert (16x26in) was exactly what I need to replace my current pillow that had gone flat. It arrived clean and is well made. It fluffed up nicely after I took it out of the vacuumed sealed package and shook it out. My pillow cover is 16x24. This insert fit nicely and is giving me comfort and support for my lower back while sitting in my reading chair.

Super happy to know I can wash these as needed
These pillows were exactly what I needed. My new sofa came with one lumbar pillow, but I'm having all the pillows recovered and decided I wanted 3 of the lumbar pillow in an accent color. These are the exact same pillow as the one that came with my sofa (it was in a zippered cover). Super happy to know I can wash these as needed. I did learn that you order pillows larger than the cover which gives the pillow a nice full look. My actual pillow measures 12 X 20, so these stuffed inside the cover are perfect.
