It works by preventing water from escaping from the bottom of the shower door. Great quality, easy to install.

I liked the very long splash stopper and it was easy to trim to the required height.

Bottom seal arrived on time in a long box, so the seal was not folded or kinked. Before installation, I measured and trimmed it to length using a band saw, which made a clean cut. Out of curiosity, I tried to cut pieces off the scrap piece using scissors, a heavier duty shear, and a wood chisel and hammer. All left a jagged edge. I then used a small hand saw with fine teeth, similar to a hacksaw, and it cut easily leaving a clean edge. Installation was simple. The fit in both length and height was perfect. Very pleased with how tightly the seal gripped the 1/4" thick glass door without using any adhesive or caulk. No water leaked below the skirt of the seal during an extended test shower, nor did any water drip on the bathroom floor after the shower when the door was opened outward over the floor. Very impressive. I highly recommend the product and am glad I bought it.

Esta un poco corta y no proteje la salida de agua de la regadera, yo tenia otra un poco mas larga y no salia nada de la regadera, pero en general bien
