Cable worked amazing for my Lenovo Y530 laptop when I went on a long road trip with minimal wall outlet connections. Paired with a PD port compatible charging brick, I was running my laptop as if I had it plugged in at home. For the money, it is great in a pinch. I am not sure if I would trust it under extremely heavy load, but I was playing pretty decent spec'ed games on the computer hooked up to the battery, so I call it a win.

As stated above - this cable works with a 65W compact charger. One caveat though - as charger has multiple ports, it would not provide 65W if more than one device is connected, and at first my laptop wasn’t charging until I disconnected the watch charging stand. After that everything went fine. Also confirmed working with a 100W 2018 MacBook charger.

Works great! I used this with a ugreen 100w brick and it worked just like intended! Very happy because the other charger i was using was very clunk and annoying to do cable managment with. I LOVE this cable. Thank you! If you do get this, make sure the charging brick has enough power to supply your laptop or mini pc. The quality of the cable is also very good. It feels premium! I purchased two of these cables to use with portable power supplies when we are out and away from AC power. Just to test I connected the cable to a wall charger that provides 65W and....nothing. So I tested the other cable and...nothing. "OK" I thought. "Maybe it needs more power" so I connected the cable to a 100W wall charger and...nothing. Tried the other cable, and still nothing. These cables refuse to charge either a T440s or a T450. As a test I also checked with an X270 and it did not charge. I don't know what is wrong with the cable, but neither cable charges the laptops, all three of which are listed as being compatible. I cannot recommend these.

After purchasing several different brands of these PD to Lenovo charger adapters, I found only 2 that work properly for the Lenovo Yoga C940 (C9XX) 15 inch, Legion, or any (almost) other model that originally ships with a 135w or higher power brick. Check my reviews if you want to see which other adapter works. I have been using both of these adapters for several weeks now with no issues. This one is a fairly lightweight, braided cable with quality aluminum encased connectors at both ends that plug securely into your peripherals. It comes with a Velcro cable wrap, which is a nice addition to help you keep your cables organized. The attached photo shows this adapter contains a 550 ohm (2% tolerance) resistor in the slim tip end which tells your Lenovo laptop to draw a max of 90 watts from the power source at 20v. This is the minimum charging wattage allowed by most of the higher performance laptops and will be enough to charge the laptop normally while performing most tasks. Just be sure you are pairing this cable with a high quality, 90w or better PD power supply and you can finally ditch the brick and travel lighter!

This usc c to Lenovo power cable works great for my Thinkpad T470. I'm not sure why it has so many bad reviews. I think people aren't supplying enough power, and maybe the're trying to use it with a phone charger. I'm using it with a ugreen 65W charger and it works fine.The quality seems good and I think it will last long.

Laptop shows plugged in for a few seconds only. Edit: Upgraded from 1 star to 4 stars. "Please note that the power of your PD wall charger must be over than the laptop output； for e.g., the original power supply of your laptop is 65w , then you need to use a 65W PD power supply for this cable ." The above two sentences from the Features & details cannot both be true. The latter sentence is false while the former sentence is true. A 65W PD charger couldn't charge the 65W laptop, but a 100W PD could, so 3 stars. Added 1 star because seller contacted me.

When I bought an old Thinkpad refurbished, it came with a power adapter clearly meant for a different Thinkpad model, but with another adapter to convert that barrel jack plug into the slimmer plug design. Because it looked really janky, I wanted to find a cable that wasn't designed by a redneck that drank Whiskey in the middle of Nebraska with a degree in ✨Conversion Technology✨ from the college of redneck engineering. Thankfully, someone created a well designed power cable that works perfectly on my T450. And it doesn't look like a drunk engineer made it, which is always a plus.
