30-0306 X-Series Boost Pressure Gauge 52mm, Black

I bought this for my Mitsubishi Pajero Mini VR-2. Instal was super easy just remember it doesn’t come with the housing to mount it. That aside, it was super accurate and overall a really solid product which is to be expected from AEM

I’ve been a mechanic for 22 years ASE master tech certified. I’ve been using AEM products for many years on my personal builds and for clients. This is the first product I’ve ever had an issue with. I bought this and a Wideband AFR gauge for a 2019 Subaru STi build. They are both amazing looking gauges and very well built. The install was very straight forward and there was no calibration needed. The Boost gauge worked wonderfully for about 2 weeks then the customer returned saying the gauge was constantly reading “SEnS”. I tried and new vacuum/boost line and new fuse tap. No change. Removed the gauge sensor and wiring to bench test the sensor and gauge. Both failed. I contacted AEM and they were EXTREMELY HELPFUL. They started the warranty claim after I had explained the issue and steps taken to correct it. They are sending a new one as we speak.

I've installed these for other people on their cars. Finally got tired of bringing my laptop with me to see where I'm at. Far as boost and oil pressure so picked one up for myself. The wiring was super simple and and gauge was really thin which helped because I designed my own gauge pod to fit under my radio which has limited room in back of the pod.

These gauges use absolute pressure sensors and supposedly calibrate on startup, but mine does not. I am at altitude and atmospheric pressure is ~12.4 psi. The gauge consistently reads 2-3 psi below what it should for 'gauge pressure' verified with a mityvac. It looks like it reports gauge pressure with 14.7 psi as a zero reference, which means this gauge would be inaccurate for people that live at non-sea level. This really should be clearly advertised in the product description that you are unable to calibrate this gauge to your local atmospheric pressure and it does not do a zero calibration on startup like it should. Otherwise no issues with quality or fitment.

Works great and is awesome to see the vacuum/boost inside the vehicle. I have this T'd into a boost manifold block and it is still very accurate

So I expected alot from AEM, got this gauge and went to install as per instructions. Got it wired up and gauge read SEnS right out of the gate. Tried the sensor in multiple locations (different locations for vaccume/boost) and nothing. Got ahold of AEM's technical support, they helped my try to "troubleshoot" the issue. Chalked it up to be a bad sensor. They sent out a replacement sensor. replacement sensor got here yesterday. Installed the new replacement sensor, same exact thing. Waiting to hear back from AEM, but I'm not happy with this gauge at all. Looks good and that's about it. Edit. After the second round with customer service they sent me a working gauge it was exactly what I expected. Customer service was great through out the whole thing.

If you want something that’s gunna make your girls panties wet look no further !! These things not only look great but they work flawlessly and easy to install ! Ain’t nothing like your old lady asking you to pull over bc she has to put a towel down since she soaked threw ! Enjoy fellas

Purchased this one to replace my pro sport gauge and happy with the results. Was not expecting how easy it was to install and calibrate!

Great looking gauge. Large display and love how the lights follow boost. Has peak boost setting which is nice to know.
