The inside dimensions of the large box components in the dewaltdeep pro organizer are 61/8" x 41/8"

is this compatible with the tstak system?

Per DeWalt’s website: TSTAK, Pro Organizers, and ToughCase are all compatible. DeWalt will soon have an adapter for these systems to work with ToughSystem 2.0.

Anyone know where you can buy just the small yellow bins within this item?

There are quite a few places you can get just the bins. Walmart has them. Amazon has them. eBay has tons of 3D printed ones, but you need to be careful about the dimensions of those. Some will be off a bit, so they may not fit tightly together inside. Check carefully before purchase. So far, though, I've only seen the smaller cups/bins for these, and not the larger ones. You should also make sure that they are the same dimensions as the current cups/bins. I've seen several in slightly different sizes.

Are these the right size to store magic cards ?

Yes you can fit magic cards in sideways but don’t double sleeve your decks because it won’t fit otherwise.
