You definitely have to take this before you brush your teeth. The powder will stain anything it touches (although it comes out with elbow grease), and I think after enough use it would probably start to yellow your teeth. However, it is the only melatonin supplement I’ve ever tried that 1) actually works and 2) doesn’t give me vivid nightmares once I do fall asleep. This supplement makes me feel like I’m falling asleep naturally without any weird side effects. Some melatonin supplements also make me nauseated in the morning, and I don’t experience that with this.

Taste terrible. Did not work like it said. Will never buy again. Package was coming apart. 14 individual packages for approximatly 19 dollars then you have to add it to water that you have to buy. Neuro sleep is a lot better if you can get it.

Makes you sleepy but stains everything.

tastes like Tang, which is sort of fake sweet but does help me fall asleep sooner with no hangover.

I’ve tried many, many things for sleep (I’ve got issues, lol). Plain melatonin in different potencies, time-release, all the different teas, magnesium, etc. I don’t want to take a prescription medication or anything habit-forming. I can fall asleep but tend to wake up and not be able to go back to sleep. I tried a sample of this from a physical therapist’s office, and quite simply, it works. It mellows me out enough to just…sleep. And to return to sleep if I wake. I don’t take it all the time, because with melatonin containing products you don’t want to - but when I do take it, pretty satisfied with it. The flavor is mild and it doesn’t have any artificial sweeteners or objectionable ingredients.

I went into this not expecting it to work like all the other sleep aid supplements I've tried. To my shock this has actually worked for me. I've been taking it nightly for about a month now and this is the most consistent sleep I've had in years. I've had 2 or 3 "bad" nights where I don't get a continuous 7 to 8 hours sleep, but its been way better than never getting 7 to 8 hours. I plan on using it.
