I like the small size of the once a day pill - it’s easy to swallow. I have used these for a few months and still no amazing pain relief effects. The cost here at Amazon was comparable to other stores. The delivery was on time and the Move Free Collagen with Boron box arrived only slightly dented. The dented box package did not affect the bottle.

Usually calcium supplements come in gigantic, horse pill size that must be broken or crushed or, gosh! swallowed whole with a gallon of liquid! But the Move Free tablets - which are the only one that contain BORON that I know of - are so easy to swallow. And, as per our bone tests, they seem to help get the calcium to my body just where it's needed. Take as prescribed on the bottle. I truely recommend them.

Since I hit my 50's, my lower back and knees have been an ongoing problem. After doing some research and talking with my doctor, I decided to start taking this product about 7 months ago. I CAN feel the difference. I move around better at work, walk more comfortably, and have less pain using stairs. It isn't a miracle drug and I have no plans on climbing mountains, nor running marathons anytime in my future.
