Good for use
The punching pad is good for light to medium punching if mounted to a stand wall but for heavy hitters you will need to mount it to something more sturdy or reinforced like brick or concrete to reduce the sound of the impact.As for durability it feels pretty sturdy and well made. It looks like it will hold up to a few thousand punches.

Great for relieving stress or just practice a few small combinations on when you don't have room for a punching bag

値段にしては作りがしっかりしているので悪くないが、単体だと衝撃吸収要素が皆無なので拳を痛めそうになる…とはいえ後ろにクッションなどを挟みつつ、角度も工夫してアッパーバッグのような使い方をしているのでそこそこ満足。
