Absolutely love this. I had a different brand that has gone bad so bought this one as a replacement. After 3 days I am still finding games to play. I have only found 2 games so far that do not work. I was hesitant with the mixed reviews but my sons and I have played this every night so far. It is upgraded from the previous system that I had and it has double the games.

After two months of very little usage, it froze mid game. I shut it off, unplugged it,waiting a while then set it up again. It didn't even get splash screen...NOTHING!!Amazon won't help...no customer support response from Kinhank....wasted my money and timeUPDATE....EMAILED ME ONCE, NO RESOLVEBUY SOMETHING..have two other units from different vendors....no problems after 4 months

I loved the user interface, the easy set up and the quick setting up of the controllers. It only took a few tries to programme all buttons. I have kids so I was distracted.The games are crisp and left me nostalgic. There is adequate support via the booklet and their youtube channel if things go wrong.A word of advice, shutdown the system properly each time.It has to be plugged in to be used so battery life isn't a factor to consider.The reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because the screen pixels can only handle a good portion of the screen. There is no full screen mode and emulators haven't figured out how to connect USB guns for games like duck hunt. This means some of the older games on consoles before Nintendo may take more effort to figure out playing. I was brought up on Snes and Sega so I'm more than happy with it and all the games consoles since Nintendo.

I really appreciate the console itself, but my console got so hot, freezed often, and some games would not load. Unfortunately, it slipped my mind and I missed the warranty. I wish Amazon could help.

Majority of Arcade games work, if the Arcade category one doesn't work the Final Burn Neo version probably will, unless you actually know these real old computer systems(Amstrad-Amiga, etc) don't bother with them. Just Arcade & Console ports. Will work with PC Keyboard as well as the Bluetooth controller.

I bought this system wanting to play a lot of the games I grew up on, but half the games aren’t working. I can’t play Pokémon snap, super Mario world for Super Nintendo. Every file of super Mario world doesn’t seem to work. Those were two of my favorite games growing up. Makes me wanna send the system back. Years ago when I had a regular Xbox with emulators on it that a friend of mine put on there. At least his emulators actually worked. Should have just went with that option.

I bought it in 8/21 and after years of enjoyment, my tv wont recognize it anymore. The green power light is still on but the TV HDMI wont recognize it. What do I do?
