These are not Chef Quality, but they are close. Having said that, they are worth the money, and if you know how to cook, with Cast Iron, then you will want to use these, all the time. For the Money, these are excellent Pan's!

Excellent pan set. Preseasoning is minimal. Plan on doing the work to create that non stick surface. The silicone holders will heat up if left on the pan while cooking. Honestly, a couple of pot holders work just as well.

1. Before you cook in ur pan you have to put it on the stove . Let it heat up . 2. Put salt in a oil of your choice, I would prefer grapeseed oil or avocado oil take a Brillo pad and scrub the salt in oil into the pan until u don’t see any black debreed in the pan . 3. Rinse with warm water take a paper towel in dry it completely do not leave any water in it. Coat it again with oil then put in oven for a hr. Trust the process. Take out then cool . Then put away. You do not have to repeat process after that. Cook then rinse right after you cook with salt in Brillo pad. Then oil down that’s it.

Very good iron skillet. I seasoned myself and proved that are none sticky anymore. I used canola oil and the oil of pork belly.

Following cleaning care instructions works. Seasoning instructions for pans works. After one month of following care instructions, pans look brand new still. Eggs, from iron pans, taste really good. We store pans low due to heavy weight. Heats well. Would buy again.

Terrible I just received these pans,went to wash them once with a gentle soap, and they’re rusting like I’ve had them for years …unacceptable and disappointing

I bought these and the wife said they'd suck cos they're so cheap. But NO WAY! These are great. Buy 'em.
