How tall is the lamp ?

The whole thing is about 9" tall including the base. The base itself is about 1 1/2" & the picture cut out is about 7 1/4."

Does it take long to arrive? I still haven't gotten mine.

Yes. I ordered on 11/24 and was given a delivery date of 12/6 and then 12/10. I still have not received. Customer service is no help. I am in the US and was also unaware that it is shipped internationally.
