I struggle with certain protein powers that give me really bad stomach ache. I found this and used it now for 4 years and it’s been great and feel a lot leaner. Definitely see a difference in build, actually tastes good and isn’t powdery when drinking. It would be good if they did in a bigger bag/tub.

I use this and PhD lean whey on a regular basis. Latter is usually cheaper but has less protein per standard scoop (17g versus 24g in the VOW). On it's own the very sweet taste is a little sickly but not enough to be a blocker. I have one shake a day, and I use a scoop of each. Result: ~40g of protein with a decent taste.

First time trying and bought one as a tester. Tastes so good! would have bought more in bulk now, but seems like international delivery is blocked now. Sad.

For the price it’s brilliant. Really tasty but very sweet (strawberry/white chocolate. Only for those with a big sweet tooth like myself

I like it because it’s very tasty and dissolve very well. Also, easy to digest. I recommend it.

This is a very enjoyable and tasty shake , I didn't know what to expect with it being white chocolate and strawberry flavour, I thought it might have been a bit sweet and sickly but I was pleasantly surprised, it's a slightly creamy texture that tastes very nice, not overly sweet and mixes very well with water with a splash of milk, which is how i mix all my protein shakes. The powder is really fine and mixes well using my standard plastic protein shaker, no residue or powdery texture after shaking , it mixes really well and tastes very nice, it's a pleasure to drink straight after a workout. With almost 24g of protein per 30g serving its really high in protein, so it's perfect for after your workout to give your muscles that much needed protein boost to aid muscle recovery, the shake also contains bcaa's to help boost your muscle recovery and encourage muscle growth. I really like that it comes in a smallish tub too , I prefer tubs over resealable packs , it's easier to store and with a secure lid to keep the powder fresh , with it being a small tub it's also very easy to store in a cupboard. You get 30 servings per tub for under £20 a really good 24g of high quality protein per serving with added branch chain amino acids , I think the price is fair for such a great tasting protein shake. I've enjoyed drinking it so far after mu workouts, its a really nice protein shake.
