**Q: I see comments about Velcro straps, but I didn’t receive any in my order?**
A: I didn’t receive any with mine, but I ordered the 2and just assumed you only got the straps if you ordered one.

**Q: Can i buy a whole suit?**
A: We provide 1 ice pack, 1 fabric wrap with 2 elastic strap and an extra elastic strap in one package for the product you mentioned.

**Q: Can you go from the freezer to the microwave if frozen or do you need to wait until at room temperature?**
A: Yes, you can go from the freezer to the microwave directly. But you need to be aware that it takes a long time to heat up because the product is cold. In addition, due to the larger product, please heat for 2-3 minutes everytime, and then knead it after the heat everytime, then heat again, so repeated until comfortable temperature. This is the best method, also more uniform heat. 
Special attention, when the temperature is relatively high, the time of each heat should be reduced, 30s-60s each time. Prevent local temperature is too high and damaged.

**Q: Does the oversize pack come with straps?**
A: No, they do not come with straps, but they are wide enough to stay on.  They won’t stay on if you get up & walk, however.

We ordered a 2 pack flexible therapy pads. They are everything the description said it was. We are very happy with them and the size. We needed to use these on the knees, they were large enough to cover front and back keeping the ice retention the whole time. Well worth the money invested.
