Great product, easy to use
EEK - I build a storage area / workshop addition and used this around windows and french doors. I had no idea it was so costly - but worth every penny. Wish it came in smaller lengths - but oh well. Completely recommend this product. And now I have 50 ft to sell LOL

Well packed, great product to work with. Nice and tacky. Arrived well packed and on time. Used it while installing a new Milgard exterior slider door.

The corners roll up
This stuff is too pricey for what you are getting. I followed the instructions. I even ordered a roller and used it. The part that lays flat sticks pretty good. You have to make sure everything is dry. My biggest complaint is I purchased this only because of the flex advantage where you flex it around the bottom corners of the windows and you don't have to make any cuts. I got it to flex and lay flat as shown on Youtube videos but when I looked at it the next day every one of these areas were rolled upward and since it rained that night, when I tried to roll it back down it wouldn't stick back down. Do yourself a favor, save yourself some money and buy the more affordable membrane. Grace Vycor adhesive membrane is a good choice. I paid $38 for a 6" x 75" roll compared to $115 for the flex roll of 6" x 75" roll. The Grace Vycor adhered better and making the cuts is really not a big deal.

Easy Installation
Easy to install and flexible enough to turn around corners.

Garbage otherwise. Put it on
Sticks if it's 80F outside and you're in the sun. Garbage otherwise. Put it on, j-roll it hard, and watch it peal up the next day on almost any material. Flex is cool feature but too expensive for poor adherance.

Typar flexible flashing is an outstanding product
I was installing windows in a log home. Typar flexible flashing provided awesome protection from water and air infiltration. Windows in a log home can have no nailing flange. The typar flexible flashing conformed to the circular shapes perfectly.
