Worked for a month and now it doesnโt
Horrible product and what is worse is the Amazon customer service. It is virtually impossible to reach the manufacturer support. Basically you buy the item and if something goes wrong no one cares โฆ donโt waste your money

Incredible CS and warranty
Bought this in May of 2024 but wanted to learn how to use it before putting it on my dog. Finally got around to being trained on using it a couple weeks ago but by then, it stopped charging. You had to shove the charger into the receiver on the collar and hold it with a lot of force just to activate charging. I couldn't sit there and hold it like that for an hour or more each time so I check and it was under warranty (warranty is for 2 years!!). Just got off the phone with them and the process couldn't be easier. They're shipping me a new collar receiver that will be here in 5-6 days. Prior to this, the collar worked amazingly well and I'm looking forward to putting the replacement into play with my pup. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for their products and their warranty as well as their Customer Service

Dual controller worth it!
Exactly what I needed for my 107 pound Great Pyrenees mix three year old dog. Used correctly, with lots of praise, patience and biscuits he is much improved. I have two dogs. The dual control helps a great deal. No fumbling over which controller for which dog.

Worth the money
We bought this collar to try to control our 120 pound dog. It did help with some of his undesirable behaviors such as jumping on people when they came in the door. we like the different settings that you can use instead of having to go straight to a shock.
