Solid, Lots of Features, Isolated Outputs, Multi-Voltage
EDIT: I've added a positive-ground germanium fuzz, a Digitech Main Squeeze and Bad Monkey, and Danelectro Cool Cat Transparent Overdrive, and a Joyo tuner. Nice that I can run the positive-ground fuzz without any problems because of the isolated outputs! Note that my TC iB Modified Nova Delay does not work with this; its current demands are a little too high for this box (all the specs match the actual performance, so this is not a complaint, just a word of advice). I might try paralleling some outputs to double the current... I now have a daisy-chain cable that I'm going to use to clean up some clutter on my pedalboard--negative ground FX only, and within the power limits, of course. ----------------------------------------------- I pulled the trigger on the Supa Charger when the price suddenly dropped by twenty quid (what's up with the oscillating prices on this one recently?). It's a great alternative to the Voodoo Labs and T-Rex offerings, at least so far. I'll try to followup later about its reliability. But for now, I've got it running a DOD FX40 EQ (made a custom 3.5mm cable for it) and an Ethos Overdrive, which runs off of 18V. I'll have more pedals on my board soon. The blue light is really stinking bright. That works well for dark stages. I like the fact that the outputs are all isolated, which means that it won't cause ground loops if you're using pedals in front and in the FX loop of an amp. Eight outputs, multiple voltages (9, 12, 18, and combinations of those with special cabling because of the isolation)--it's a winner for the price. I'm assuming that this is made by Biyang or some other Chinese mfg house, as it came Chinese Factory Fresh to my door (i.e., naphthalene smell).

Been using the same unit for 6 and a half years. INCREDIBLY reliable!
EDIT 12/14/2022: I have passed 10 years with this power supply and it still works. All original cables, powering 8 pedals: DigiTech Drop, Boss NS-2, Maxon OD-808, Boss Harmonist, TC Quintessence, TC Corona Chorus, TC Flashback Delay, and TC Hypergravity Compressor Unless you need more than 8 slots, don't bother with another pedal power supply. Original review from Early 2018: I bought this puppy in March of 2012 and it has powered my pedalboard in multiple variations since then. I've pretty much always had an overdrive, a noise gate, multiple modulation effects, a DigiTech Drop, a compressor and a 12v volt wireless receiver plugged into it. The Supa Charger has kept everything powered and functioning all 6 years. The only quirk I experienced was more likely a quirk of the DigiTech Drop itself. For some reason, the Drop won't work on any port past port 4. However, every other pedal on it works just fine. Disclaimer: I have not tried any other pedalboard power supplies. I haven't had to. If you want a reliable, rugged power supply, the Supa Charger is what you're looking for. If you're on the fence on going with something else or the Supa Charger, GET THE SUPA CHARGER!

Great purchase
Absolutely fantastic. A great purchase and a few dollars cheaper than the Voodoo Labs model, viewed by many to be the industry standard. Quiet as a church mouse and supplies all of the power needed for a pedal board of 8+ pedals. Using a Hosa splitter cable gives you the ability to increase the number of pedals powered at one time. Would definitely buy again. Purchase the Voodoo Labs unit if you need the extra A/C input for a secondary plug for units that require a proprietary source. But this one if your needs are more common and you are looking to save enough money for another pedal.

Good Product
Good product. Does and works as described. The cheapest one of these, and the least gimmicky. I wish it had a couple of other features as the voodoo lab one. Sag function, 18 volt, even though i think that is just a cable which would probably work with this. and I wish it would hook up to a whammy. I don't think any of these thing hook up to a whammy. Luckily I'm a pedal builder and if something has a weird end I'll mod it to have a 2.1. But I love my 535q and whammmy which use their own transformers. Oh well. over this is nice, only thing i like sag on is a big muff anyway, and I can mod it for that very easily.

Defective Output 6
Itโs a tad bit disappointing to have immediately received a defective product. I heard great things about this power supply. I heard that itโs a fantastic clone of the Voodoo Lab and that it genuinely provides isolated power. But the moment I got it, output 6 was broken. At first, I thought it was my pedals. But I tried it on my other pedals, and my other pedals wouldnโt turn on either. Iโve read other reviews about some people receiving defective copies of the Supa-Charger as well. It feels like the manufacturers could do a better job at ensuring quality control. Iโm sure if it wasnโt defective, itโd be a great power supply.

Noiseless Effects...
Was using a daisy chain wall wart arrangement originally on my pedalboard.Sufficient power but quite a bit of noise and hum. My most excellent wifey got me one of these for Christmas. Noise and hum are nonexistent now. The only issue at all was one particular pedal, a TC Electronic Nova Repeater, draws quite a bit more power than the average pedal, especially at start-up. I had to use one of the higher output sections at maximum voltage to get it to work. The standard outputs are 100ma and the pedal specs just say <5 amps. Anyway, a little trial and error and I was up and running. Mounted under a Pedaltrain, using the brackets supplied with the board, the power supply fit perfectly. There is a nice blue LED that signifies power on that glows from under the board now I highly recommend this power supply, and the price I found on Amazon made it a real bargain.

This Product Did Not Work Right Out of the Box!
Ordered this unit through Amazon Prime. Sold to me by the AUDIO WATT STORE. Box arrived with cut marks and an unprofessional taping job, making me wonder whether I was getting a genuine BBE product. Upon examining the power supply, I noticed one of the output jacks was not seated properly in the case, and I was unable to seat it back into the proper hole. Despite the bad start, it got worse. Upon plugging the unit in, I did not get any power output from the unit--no LED, no output from any jacks. Fuse checked good. I confirmed with a voltmeter that no jacks were receiving power. Simply put: THE UNIT DOES NOT WORK. I called the BBE customer service line during business hours, and every line went to voicemail, and the recording said, "voicemail box is full." The lack of customer support was the final straw: I'll skip BBE products entirely, and simply go with another company. Bottom line: I tried to save a buck by buying a Voodoo Lab knockoff, but my Supa-Charger is just a paper weight. Don't buy this unit!

Built Like A Tank
This unit is built to last. There's plenty of solid, quiet power for most of the effects in my stack. I had a bit of trouble at one point. One pedal needed a bit more current than my chosen port was able to provide, and it did not work. A quick look at the documentation while thinking about my requirements quickly fixed that issue. Watch your requirements! The selection of cables is very good and works for most modern applications, but if you've got anything non-standard you may need to reach for the soldering iron. It's not a big deal. There's a bright pilot light that some might not like, but I don't mind. The input cord is substantial and thick.

Solid, reliable, clean power supply
Does a solid job at providing clean power to all my pedals. Immediately after switching to the SupaCharger I noticed so much noise removed from my signal, itโs incredible. I can power all 12 of my pedals off this thing, and with the ability to change voltage I could take it on tour if needed. Just as reliable as other top brands but at a lower price, would definitely recommend

Tested w Multimeter and all is good
I just received this in half the expected delivery time (Good seller!). I tested each output with a multimeter and everything looks good. I have not put it on my board yet, but so far so good. I would recommend this seller.

Great purchase!
This is a fantastic solution to today's pedal power dilemma; finally clean power that isn't going to run you over $300! The 2 x 200ma out's are quite nice as well for those high power draw pedals and for daisy chaining a few pedals together.
