Flat Wood Toothpicks, 2500/Pack [Set of 3]

Used for physics class bridge building project. Received a literal f ton of toothpicks (3 big boxes like 2500 pieces per box) for like 15 bucks. About 1/3 of the pieces are unusable too thin, warped, mis cut. But that's ok.

I use toothpicks as a kind of oral pacifier, to reduce the urge to smoke cigarettes. I can't even find flat toothpicks at my local stores, so I was really pleased to find them at Amazon. They are light weight, easy to carry in quantity, and now I have enough of a supply so I can use them freely. For me, this was a very good buy.

I was skeptical about purchasing this item, but was very pleasently surprised when I recieved it. The flat style was perfect for my needs.

Inferior product

I use these for a physics bridge building project. I like the fact that they are thin and fairly weak on their own so the students have to put some thought into their design. The biggest problem I have is that about 1/4 of the box is toothpicks that are crooked, bent, or otherwise not usable when you need a somewhat uniform structure for building. But overall they work quite well (the ones we can use at least).

These are not all the same. Some are very thin and break easily. Others are shorter than normal. Depending on use, they might be suitable. You could poke a cake with one to see if it’s done. I wanted to use them to build structures with my kids with Elmers glue. They really aren’t strong or uniform enough for that.

I purchase these for my 6th grade students’ bridge project. They work great for building bridges and are easy to cut to fit the size needed by the students.

Needed these for a class project and were exactly what I had hoped for. Pretty sturdy and hardly any broken. Perfect for what I needed them for.

They are very good as they are thin and get between the teeth even if they are close together. The only problem is I have 2,000 and I’m not young!!
