Mild smell works good
Mild smell, easy to throw a few around. The moths disappeared. Will buy again.

Versatile
Very nice for keeping spiders away from corners. Also used them in bookcases with vintage books. Placed them in garment bags and no moths. They are nicely fragrant, made well, the scent has lasted 3 months so far. The sachets are sturdy. Easy to place. They can be placed anywhere you have those little spiders that come in in the fall.

Work all right in the confines of a garment bat
I put these inside zipper bag covers for my best woolen winter coats. Not as effective as mothballs, but they get the job done. They wouldn't work in an open closet, but help inside a garment bag.

Best protection for wool sweaters and scarves stored on shelves, in drawers or in bags.
I have been using these Moth Away sachets for over 6 years now. All my cashmere, SmartWool tops, and wool sweaters are on shelves in an armoire. Twice a year I take out all the old sachets that are behind and between my piles of sweaters. and replace them with new ones. For 3 shelves of clothing, I use about 35 of these small sachets. In all these years, I have only had one sweater get holes, and they looked more like yarn failure than moth holes. I also put 10 in my drawers of scarves, many of which have wool in them. I prefer the smell of herbs over moth balls or lavender. My sweaters smell "clean" not perfumed or "moth ball-y". The smell is only strong for the first few weeks and then it calms down and you only notice it when you squeeze a sachet to make sure it still is effective. At the 6 month mark, they are usually not as strong smelling which means it is time to replace them. That being said, I have gone 9 months without replacing them and they still repelled moths and were very effective. I also use them in my cedar chest that has antique woolens and all the Christmas stockings. I usually put a couple sachets in each storage bag. No damage ever. Highly recommend this product as well as the larger sachets. It's worth the small amount of money for the large amount of peace of mind.
