Note other comment of not seeing both drives did not give much detail, but manual has strong warning about turning off power before changing mode switch. JBOD, RAID1, RAID0, NOR (Not Raid) - The software settings and switch settings must match, especially NOR switch. Also great review at eTeknix.com using SSD's in test. ### ⭐ All I needed it to do was work as advertised...and it didn't. *by D***Y on Reviewed in the United States on January 8, 2020* This didn't work for me. Any time I had two drives plugged in, it would only recognize one, at most on the no raid setting. I wanted to boot my machine with a SanDisk SSD and a laptop 2TB drive using the same SATA connector since I have an AIO. I could never get the SSD to be recognized in the EMK3203 device, only the regular laptop drive. I'm not sure what the root cause is, but the SSD works perfectly when booting by itself. I didn't bother checking any of the other raid settings since they wouldn't work for my purposes. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Solidly made, but......... *by O***Y on Reviewed in the United States on November 8, 2018* Solidly made, but I failed to notice before I clicked "add to cart" that there are NO indicator lights on this rack. So if you're having boot issues, you won't know if it's the drive or a power issue. Other than that, it's OK.The Enermax mobile rack is in the top slot in the attached photo. Note the absence of indicator lights.
