Perfect lightweight thin lid for my small home office betta tank
I wanted to make a small, thin, and lightweight polycarbonate panel lid for my 5g home office betta tank, to reduce evaporation and act as a safety barrier preventing my betta from jumping out easily. Before, I was using a mesh cover which did keep the betta contained but the evaporation rate was insane. As you can see from this video clip, this lid is fogging up right away from the evaporation. This sheet is very thin, but I knew what to expect from it and knew it would be perfect for a smaller cube-shaped rimless tank. It would probably be too thin for use as a custom lid on a larger sized tank (I used the 1/16" thick polycarbonate sheets for DIY panel lids on my larger tanks). It was relatively easy to make cutouts using some utility tin snips I already had at home. Love the results, and there is minimal sagging. I was clumsy once and dropped the panel lid but of course it doesn't shatter like glass (it just kinda bounced a bit, but was perfectly fine).

Great for animals cages.
Easy to cut with scissors, very flexible but maintains strength. Thickness is great for lining animal cages and the clear look allows animals to see out and you to see in. Functions perfectly.

Perfect for Radio Control Plane Windshield
My husband builds radio controlled planes, and he bought a vintage plane without a windshield. He used this to build one, and it turned out perfect. He said it was just the right malleability and it was easy to work with. He placed a piece of fabric over it, and ironed it on a low setting. It was easy to fold into place.

Good Quality Lexan Sheet
12x12 sheet of lexan. Needed this to raise my RC cars rear wing. Easy to cut and drill. Decent price with alot left over to use at another time.

Exactly as described. Easy to cut. Delivery was quick and piece arrived unbroken.
Using it as a clear ceiling in a miniature room but it droops in the front where there is no support. Not unexpected. Thicker materials would not droop but would have been impossible for me to cut to size. Rated sheerness as two stars due to static electricity which causes a layer of dust (or "particles") to cover the piece. So far I have not been successful in clearing them but will keep trying.

Excellent clear plastic. Perfect thickness for my project.
Worked well for a project I was doing. Crystal clear, of course, protected on both sides with plastic coating.

Lexan for your wallet!
Bought this very thin piece of lexan to replace the drivers license window in my wallet. The little plastic window where your drivers license goes? That plastic was brittle and cracked. So I bought this, cut it to size and it’s perfect! So if you’re looking to replace the little plastic window in your wallet where your drivers license shows through, this is what you need.

polycarbonate
Just what I needed for the front parking lights on my 40 Dodge. Polycarbonate can be cut without is breaking like acrylic.
