It's a great pasta for all sauces but particularly stands up well when served with parmesan only.
Short of having real skill at making fresh spinach pasta, the DeCecco spinach spaghetti has the best consistency and flavor of any dried spinach pasta on the market. You should try this experiment: Make plain pasta from DeCecco and the same amount of this spinach pasta. Now butter both and lightly salt. Put shaved parmesan on both and test while they're both warm. You will note a difference in the spinach pasta. It can stand its ground really well against the cheese and imparts a slightly different taste. Subtle but real! Have been eating this green pasta for years. Always good quality.

Great tasting Pasta
Spinach pasta is sometimes extremely hard to get in some areas. This is the case where I live. I ordered this because I am familiar with the brand. It is a very good tasting pasta with subtle tones of spinach. You know its spinach but it does not overshadow the pasta. I served it with a red sauce, but it would be fine with white.

I love Spinach Pasta
Heat up thinly slice garlic in cold olive oil as slow a possible and add a dash of red pepper flake. Cook the pasta how you like, drain and finish in the olive oil and garlic. sprinkle grated cheese, red wine and leave me alone. only complaint is 12 oz instead of a lb, that is too large for 1 serving and 2 small for 2. at amazon price is higher than super market but they are out. Don't confuse with veggie pasta, if not spinach not the same.

Tastes great. I love spinach pasta & my husband will eat it, too. Cooks up perfectly. Just a bit pricey but glad to get it!!!
