what is the mouting screw hole pattern?

threaded holes are M3X0.5 metric, three sets of two holes. One of each two on 28mm dia circle, the other on 30mm dia. circle. The three holes on each circle are equally spaced. The distance between two adjacent holes (two different circles) are 9mm.

I need to use this with a Raspberry Pi, which can only handle 3.3v inputs. Will this unit function normally when supplied with only 3.3v?

It will not. Even 5 volts is pushing it. I set the power supply for my Arduino at 5.2 volts, which works fine.

Can anyone suggest a controller available on Amazon? I'd rather not go through Taiwan vendors and take 6 months to arrive.
