I’ve tried many different artificial tears over the years, but Refresh Optive MEGA-3 stands out as one of the most effective. The lipid-enhanced formula really does make a difference—my eyes feel comfortable much longer compared to regular watery drops. The consistency is smooth without being greasy, and the “low-blur” claim is true; vision clears quickly after applying. I also appreciate that these drops are preservative-free and come in convenient single-use vials. They’re especially helpful on days when my eyes feel extra dry from screen use or when I’m dealing with wind or air-conditioning irritation. The moisture lasts, and the soothing effect feels almost immediate. They are a bit pricier than standard artificial tears, but the effectiveness and comfort make them worth it for me. I had a VERY stubborn stye on my lower eyelid. I was using warm compresses, lid wipes and SteriLid (hypochlorus acid spray), but the biggest change happened when I started using these drops. My stye was gone after about 24 hours! Zero irritation. They feel like a nice cool, refreshing bath on my eye balls! The hydration and lubrication lasts for hours for me. I can feel a difference from the flaxseed oil that’s added. No stinging or burning! No post-application drip or watery eyes, either. I love the single use/individual vials. I’m able to put the plastic cap back on and save the remainder; I can get about 2-4 uses out of one vial (1 drop per eye). TIP: Store the box in the fridge! I learned this trick when I worked for an ophthalmologist. It feels even more relieving when they’re cold! UPDATE: well, my stye came back after a week. I wanted to update this so people didn’t think this is a guaranteed cure for styes! I went and got some antibiotics and RX drops, and the doc said I could continue to use these for lubrication. They def feel relieving!

I wasn’t sure if I should rate these as a four or five star - they’re not perfect, but I’ve had the best results from these drops than any others. They lubricate without blurring and last waaay longer than other drops. No pain with application. Dropper is better than the Systane PF dropper (IYKYK). The formula is not thick and they keep everything moving around without that gritty feeling. With dry eye you feel all the grit as your eyeball moves around but this ends that feeling. On good days (no autoimmune flares, no major environmental triggers) all I need are a couple drops in the morning, noon and night. And for Sjogrens dry eye, I think that’s pretty good. I think the “preservative free” aspect helps a lot too. Highly recommend if your tears evaporate too quickly or your eyes are just dry. This formula is very good.

Our eye doctor had us to get these for our dry eyes. We love the size of the tubes that you can close after each use. The drops are comfortable to use and are not thick and greasy like other dry eye drops we’ve used in the past. And they’re very effective.
