Great machine

Takes some fiddling around with, but does a pretty good job for the price.

The item comes mostly assembled, but the few parts that are not already on there weren't in the box either. Missing the "Locator Rod" and the "Positioning Rod" - both are pretty important to keep labels straight and consistent.The two large rollers don't move very well, causing labels to only half stick and have to be manually finished off. Sort of defeats the point of the product.I'll attempt to use this at least a few times to see if it's worth keeping, but it's probably getting sent back in a week.The included "manual" is useless - the photos appear to be of a completely different product, and the translation to English from whatever language it was originally written in is lacking, at best.

The directions as to how to put it together was not clear. I looked several times on Y-tube and then was able.

The device itself works as advertised. Getting there is a bit of an adventure though because there are no real instructions provided and online videos aren’t clear or easy to follow. If you can figure out how it goes together though, it’ll do the job and it’s much better than hand labeling.As for the seller though that’s a different matter. My device came with parts bags that had been ripped and the contents were all loose in the box. I’m not 100% sure I got all the parts. Clearly what I got was an “open box return” probably from someone else who was frustrated by the lack of instructions or difficulty of assembly. I don’t blame them, because instructions are not provided. But I don’t think I should be charged full retail price for someone else’s return.Ultimately I’m keeping this device because now that I spent time figuring it out, it actually does work and saves me time in labeling mostly as I expected it to. It’s not perfect and I still have to fiddle with it a bit to get alignment right, but for $100 it does the job - it’ll pay for itself in half a day.

The media could not be loaded. An intimidating object (no real instructions), but after watching a YouTube tutorial video, it was assembled and now I wonder why I waited so long to buy it.
