Great postpartum recovery kit - especially if you delivery vaginally! However, if like me you deliver unexpectedly via c-section majority of the items you won’t use (wipes, foam and cooling pads), which is why it loses a star. I did use the pads and shorts and they were the BEST things and highly recommend them postpartum, incredibly comfortable! It is expensive for what it is but worth it if you want that postpartum peace of mind.

This set is only really good for later on, the cooling pad is so thick that it applies a lot of pressure down below which doesn’t help if youve had stitches, the pad liners move as soon as you pull up and the foam is great but yeah if your flow was heavy it would be uncomfortable. The pants are 10/10

I bought because I thought that will help me during post partum, but was not the case. I ended up using the always diaper and none of the other products on the package. The cooling maxpads caused pain because they are big and rough. The disposable underwear had to be used with something which was also not ideal and painful. The cooling and the foam are good, but for the price I didn't think was worth it.

Consiglio questo kit al 200%!!!! Ho avuto una lacerazione durante il parto (fortunatamente non troppo grande) e tutto ma proprio tutto il kit sono sicura che abbia influito sulla mia rapida guarigione! Consigliatissimo!!! PS: a parte ho comprato anche il bidet perineale (top anche quest’ultimo)

Es la mejor compra que puedes hacer para el posparto. Sentir ese efecto fresquito en la zona íntima después de dar a luz alivia muchísimo; para mí, la espuma y las compresas frías son sin duda lo mejor del kit. Además, las bragas desechables son comodísimas (nada que ver con las típicas de rejilla) y las toallitas vienen genial. Lo usé con mi primer parto y me fue tan bien que ya he comprado otro pack para el segundo. Lo recomiendo a ojos cerrados a cualquier futura mamá que vaya a tener un parto vaginal!
