Good more than expected
Its really fast and user friendly (Amzaing Machine). Delivery was not good. Delivery guy just left the scanner outside office door on SAT (Holiday) and office was closed. he didnt even think to call me before leaving the scanner at the door. I was suppose to give 5 Star but bcoz of delivery i am giving 3 star.

Good scanner
I like this scanner a lot, once I figured out how to download the software, get the shortcut in the dock, and scan. No helpful on-line instructions, but I researched the how-to's and got it working. If I have some instructions available, I'm good to go, but it works well, so I'm not going to complain. It's fast and efficient. Good scanner for my purposes.

Scanner not compatible with windows 11 23H2.
HP Scanjet scanners used to be the best. Now something has changed. HP is no longer the best scanner. These scanners are junk. Tech support will not help you. They will ask if you are using windows 11 23H2. If so, you are SOL. If order to get this scanner to work. You must be on windows 11 23 H2. install drivers. Then go to device manager disable the scanjet driver without (USB) in the title of the driver. then rescan for a new driver, then connect to the HP scanject software by clicking the +. You need to do this everytime you turn off the computer or reboot. Sorry that is solution from HP for now.

EAsy to use desktop paper scanner
A friend recommended this product as a quick and easy way to scan documents to a computer file folder. I haven't used it yet, but as soon as I arrange electrical connection I will start using it. I appreciate the set up and small footprint on my desk.
