I am sure that you can cook many things on this, but for me it is Perfect for pancakes and eggs. It gets up to temperature quickly and is very easy to clean. The warming tray is a nice addition to keep those first pancakes warm until you get the rest finished. It is well made and is very durable.

It cooks well, but cooking delicate items like eggs over easy or medium the results haven't been successful. I had better results on a stove top. Could very well be I need the practice. All in all, I think it is a great appliance for added cooking methods. Storage is easy, cleanup is easy. Might add that the smoke level is non-existent thus far. I like to use oil/butter. However I did cook eggs on it using egg rings without any oil. I had no problem when it came to the eggs sticking. The design is compact. Good price, good results.

good size cooking area. easy operation and cleanup. by design there is a gentle slope to direct fluids toward the drain/oil catcher (great for collecting bacon grease) . depending on what i’m griddling, i sometimes place a nickel under the front two feet. this will keep a normally runny egg from spreading out when frying due to the slope . great price with free shipping and quick delivery. oh, and you’ll need a backsplash of some sort to keep things tidy

I've used this multiple times and its very easy to use and clean. I mainly use it to make pancakes and they always come out perfect! It doesn't stick. I also use it to make eggs, for bacon and to heat tortillas. You can't go wrong with this product! I highly recommend!!

This worked pretty good. I used it to cook meat on it. I’d recommend this product to anyone. It’s easy to clean, the heat level is perfect and it’s easy to clean it. It doesn’t weigh a ton either.

Bought this because of the warming tray. Never had that feature on a griddle before so I thought I'd try it. A little thin on the tray - no staking pancakes here. Makes you scrub the underside harder than normally. Very satisfied overall. Would buy again.
