Unless you absolutely must have 8-12 mic preamps for south of $150, stick with this one. It's built like a Mackie and has some good, usable inboard effects. Plenty of inputs for my purposes. I was briefly baffled by the lack of an effects return input for outside components, but the downloadable manual cleared that up.
