Easy to take
The capsules are easy to take and they are vanilla flavor This is my first time using supplement so too early to tell

Allowed me to discontinue a med that had too many side effects
I was on two BP meds, one of which was creating a lot of problems. After taking this supplement for four days, I was able to wean myself off of that med; and now have the best BP reading that I have had in years.

The gels stuck together and formed into the shape of the bottle with no way to get them out, including using a screwdriver. I would advise the company to fix this problem or no one to purchase this product.
