Works with 40 series
Works with 4090, didn’t impact performance on a handful of benchmarks. I was concerned as the packaging on the TT cable says 16Gbps while the 4090 shows 21Gbps. I checked system info in nvidia control panel before and after install and it’s still reading 21Gbps with the riser installed. I got the 4.0 300mm extender and it fits great in the TT view 51 case. The included vertical bracket that came with the case works perfectly. Directions/instructions are broken English and a bit confusing, if you are looking at buying this item that shouldn’t come as a surprise. If you have a small/mid sized case I might consider something shorter, as this thing barely fits in my case. The cable seems sturdy and well built. There is a small red stripe on each side of the cable for some reason which is a bit strange, but no big deal. This is my 3rd try with a different riser cable over the past few years, and it’s by far the best quality and performance. Note that this only includes the riser cable. Mounting hardware and such will be with your case or you’ll need to order separately.

High grade cable
You have to pay to be the boss. Very nice cable, plenty long and flexible. No issues running card

Good preformance for the price
I used cheaper cables and they just don't work with my core p8 case. They also caused my pc to crash several times. After buying this one, I've never had that issue since

Resolved my issues… save yourself hours of troubleshooting headache
Perfect replacement for the aging PCI 3.0 cable that came with your Thermaltake P Series case. It’s a very nice cable that is also very expensive. It solved my “8x” limitation with newer PCI-4.0 graphics cards. Bolted right up where the original (and much shorter) cable was positioned.

Expensive but what can you do when you need it.
This fits just like it should but very pricey for what it is. It would be cheaper to just buy a new case but I love my Core P3 case so I had to suck it up.

Solved the reboot
PC rebuild everything worked fine until new GPU and riser cable then screen freeze and reboots. Long story short my PCIe riser cable was Gen 3 the GPU and motherboard was Gen 4. Tried the GPU without the riser cable it worked. Did online research not easy to find but found I need a Gen 4 cable or set the PCIe to Gen 3. Ordered the Gen 4 cable fixed the problem. This cable was well worth the money vs the headache. The cable is easy to work with due to the ribbon strips vs solid. The lock that holds the GPU slides seems like it will hold better. My case is a Thermaltake View 71 and ASUS z590e MB 300mm cable a good fit.

Not reliable at rated speeds
Great looking cable. High quality build. Its not capable of PCIe 4.0 speeds with RTX4090. Games randomly black screen and drop to desktop. It works flawlessly at PCIe 3.0 speeds but that isn't what I paid for.

It's the recommended cable for my ThermalTake Core P6 but it's replaced my 150mm PCI-E 3.0 cable and it's way too long. Sure I can fold/hide but why don't TT make a shorter "straight" cable?

dislike nothing, Perfect, using for a GPU

I was hesitant to purchase this riser cable because the description says it is for Nvidia GPUs and will only support PCIe 4.0 x 16 graphics cards utilizing up to 16 GB/s of the slot's bandwidth. I finally assembled my system: AM5 7800 X3D, 32 GB DDR5 @ 6000MT/s with a Sapphire 24 GB 7900 XTX Pulse GPU. I ran the PCIe Feature Test available in 3DMark and through this riser cable my GPU registered up to 21.69 GB/s of bandwidth. I installed my system in a Thermaltake Tower 600 so I could lay my case horizontally. If you are going to use the same case and a similar GPU, remove the fan mount at the bottom. Snaking through those 2 holes I tied together 4 black zip ties to hold the end of the GPU up from sagging, and it turned out better than expected. You cannot easily see them and I am no longer stressing out over the amount of sagging.

PCIE 4.0 riser works fine with a RX 6900 XT and a B550 motherboard. No issues & full speed with PCIE 4.0 x16.
