Bought this a week ago. Installed exactly correct in my Jenn Air grill. I had test fired it the. Just cooked with it yesterday and all four burners worked as expected.

After seeing some of the reviews I was nervous to order but glad I went with my gut. I have a Jenn-Air 720-0062 Stainless BBQ that is 20 years old but looks brand new. The burners of course will not last forever so I needed new ones. Took me less then 5 minutes to install and like that all blue flames and ready to grill!

Although the model matched, the replacement parts were 1/2” too long for the grill. Given I cannot use them, I give it a 3. If they fit, would have been a 5

These burners worked perfectly after I finally got them installed, but they were NOT an exact replacement for my 2004 version of Jenn-Air grill model # 720-0061-LP. The rectangular burner itself was 1/4 inch (6mm) longer than the original solid brass burner and the 1 1/2 inch (38mm) holes in the grill's stainless steel interior liner were too small to allow the burners slide into the gas jet assembly. I was able enlarge the top half of the holes 3/16th of an inch (5mm) with a large round chain saw file but it took about 25 minutes of hard filing for each hole! Then the round input end of the burners had enough space to clear the other end of the liner and slide into the gas jet assembly. I do not recommend trying this arduous modification to make these work!

We purchased this item from Amazon. We were gone on vacation when it arrived - when we returned, my husband went to install it in our built in Jenn-Air grill. Well the box sticker from Amazon was labeled correctly, BUT the item did not match what was in the box. (was for a different Jenn-Air grill so it would not fit our grill). It was a month beyond return date to Amazon - BUT the company saw the mistake when we sent them a picture - that it was mislabeled from Amazon. So they sent us a new product that was the one that we ordered - not the mislabeled one. GREAT customer service.. Very Happy.

These fit my grill perfectly, and have really given it a second life. The original burners were badly rusted and producing an uneven flame. These fixed it right up! Now the flame is even and the hot/cold spots are gone. They’re also made of *very* sturdy cast iron, and install in minutes. Worth every penny when the alternative is replacing the whole grill.

I bought these to work with my CharBroil Commercial Series Grill (Model# 463251705) I purchased 15 years ago. I thought about replacing the entire grill until I realized that most newer models do NOT use the cast iron burners any more. Cast iron definitely lasts longer than stainless steel burners. I've only used the new burners 3 times since purchase, but I am VERY happy about the performance so far. I feel like I have a new grill. Burners produce a consistent blue flame (using Propane) that is great for keeping the heat over the entire grill area even. No more Hot or Cold spots that make it difficult to cook.

I bought these for a Jenn-Air grill that had a lifetime warranty on the cast bronze burners. When I called for a warranty replacement, I was informed (a) they no longer made brass burners, (b) the warranty only applied to the original purchaser, and (c) they would honor the warranty only if you could produce a copy of the actual purchase receipt. The warranty company offered to sell me cast-iron burners for at $43 each (she was quick to tell me that the $43 each pricing not including shipping and handling). Needless to say, I was quite happy to obtain these 4 perfectly fine replacements for the price of one from the manufacturer. Shipping was also faster than I expected, and the installation was quick and easy (in removing the old burners, don't forget to remove the cotter pin from the bottom-rear of the burner).
