Apple iPhone 11 Pro, 256GB, Space Gray - Fully Unlocked (Renewed Premium)

My wife was thrilled with this as a replacement for her iPhone 6s. Unfortunately after updating to iOS 15.6, we got a cellular error. After updating iOS AGAIN via PC and iTunes, we still had a cellular error. Apple support assisted us. We were advised that we had an issue with the iPhone itself and not the carrier. So we were forced to return it and pay more for a replacement. Of course, it was IMPOSSIBLE to make or receive calls or text messages, or cellular data. So it was useless as a cellular phone. I had no other choice. Returned it on Friday July 29 at the Amazon locker at 4925 S Broadway.

It’s a great phone, looks brand new and even came with a great overall battery. The battery was at 98% I think I could be wrong. But sending it back because I messed up and ordered the wrong version of the phone.

Phone gets too warm when switched on and seems to use up the battery over a period of about 12 hours with minimal use. I take it that after a few charge up operations, this should normalize. Other than that, it works very well with a clear display and reliable functionality. The Otter Box protects the phone magnificently. I am generally pleased with the phone and there is no sign that it was ever used even for a day. Thank you for your reliable product.

Was great and now it’s not. I had my last phone 6 years. Yes, I know this is a long time. I am 2 years in and my camera is no longer focusing and my battery life is horrible. Was expecting to get more than 2 teas out of it.

These phones are definitely in perfect cosmetic condition, but I think they are because the original owners got rid of them soon after they started to malfunction. I am now on my second iPhone 11 Pro and just found out the camera system is defective. The first phone I got had a blown out speaker and a weird cellular network issue (it keep disconnecting). I thought it was okay that a single used device might have an issue, so I returned it and got another. The new one had better speakers and no network issue, but the telephoto lens doesn't work. And the wide angle lens doesn't activate always. The unfortunate thing is that I sent the first phone back immediately, and unlike other Amazon returns, it can take up to 30 days for the return to be processed. So, I am stuck with a $500 charge on my credit card until they get around to processing the refund. I have bought multiple used iPhones from real people and had a good experience with them. But it seems like Amazon is offloading bad iPhones (although cosmetically perfect and with 90%+ battery) that are either not fully tested, or have defects they hope buyers won't notice. I am going to see about getting a third phone, but if that one is also problematic, then Amazon will get 1 star (because I cannot do zero stars). There are plenty of other places that sell used iPhones, and I am sure some of them have better testing procedures and better return policies. P.S. - The phone itself is great. Great screen, good battery life, etc. Quite a deal in 2023 if you can get a fully functional one for less than half the price of a new iPhone.
