What is the shelf life?

So on my cider I rack the carboy in to 4 (1) gallon jugs and get the yeast out .add potassium sorbate. then i would add this product at that point?

If it's done fermenting you can add it in. Usually it's added at the end before bottling. I stabilize first, wait a couple days then add the super kleer. After it's crystal clear, I back sweeten with sugar. Then wait a few more days to make sure the stabilizers worked and then I bottle.

Will this work in beer, if I put it in the keg and I pressurize, directly after stage 2 addition?

Thanks for asking. Great question. This can be used in any fermented beverage including beer. If you use it in the keg, just allow it sufficient time to settle out any solids. Once all the solids are settled out at the bottom of the keg (after a few days), apply pressure to the keg and push out the sediment through the drawtube. Allow another day for the remaining sediment to settle back into the dip in the bottom of the keg and push out the remaining sediment again. That should do it but just repeat as needed until all of the sediment has been removed. Thanks!

Quickly clears mead, has a faint smell

This product very quickly clears your mead in 24-48 hours. However it does have a faint smell to it, so I prefer the bentonite and sparkalloid combination.

Great for meads

This clears meads like a dream! The get clear in a couple of hours but will work better if you wait 3 days (since some really small particles will come down more slowly). It doesn't change the flavors or anything else except making the mead really clear.

Its magic in a bag

Its liquid magic. I tried everything to get the haze out of my mead. I let it sit, put it in the fridge, waited a week, nothing. Still hazy. I put this stuff in, swirled it around, and it was clear in less than an hour. Its black magic I tell you lol. If you make drinks at home, I assure you this is well worth the cost to get perfectly clear drinks.
