Simply a Good Product
This weighted bar is well built and feels good in the hand with a soft plush foam outer coating. Overall feels nicely balanced and the cubic end pieces keep it from rolling when you set it down. Definitely a good choice and safer option to put in your home gym if you are not going to have a bar and plate set.I am planning to buy the heavier ones as I increase my home gym training. Highly Recommend.

持ちやすく振り回しても問題ない
170cmほどの男性です。端の部分を持って振り回す形でトレーニングに使っていますが棒の部分は持ちやすく滑りにくいため、すっぽ抜けることはありません。棒の部分に最初から裂け目みたいなものはありましたが使用上は問題ないため普通に使用しています。使用し始めてまだ一ヶ月ほどですが購入前とほぼ変わらず今のところ耐久性は問題ありません。

Great workout tool that helps with arms and grip strength
I've used this weighted (15lbs) pole for several months and it has helped me plenty to work out on my arms and hands in terms of grip strength. The weight is enough to feel easy to move and tough to handle. The plastic ends to admittedly fall off at some point if you swing the bar around enough, I just use duct tape to keep them on.
