### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Recommended but one size does NOT fit all!

Yes, the strap is adjustable, however, for someone with tiny wrists like myself, having it adjusted so small only allows for an inch or two of the Velcro to be attached. Also, the hooks are obviously not adjustable and are way too long for my hands causing my fingers to be almost completely outstretched, not allowing me to grip the bar which feels very awkward. I wear a size 6 glove and my wrist measures 5", for reference, so I realize I'm an outlier and that these would fit even most "small" hands/wrists, but not all adults! I still do recommend these lifting straps as they seem to be durable and well-made but it's untrue that these can be accommodated to fit all sized people.
