Tried with food and with only water on empty stomach since it's supposed to be water soluable. It was worth a shot but I had pretty severe " gastric discomfort" .. my advice would be to consider a less potent product to see how it affects you.

I have fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, arthritis, etc. I was doing research online about what could help, especially with the pain. Some days, I could hardly move when I got up or even throughout the day because my pain was so bad. Which isn't good cuz I help take care of my parents, 2 cats, 1 dog & I started babysitting a 4 yr old girl. I found out about olive leaf during my long research. After reading through the reviews & product descriptions, I decided on this one. After 3 days of taking the olive leaf twice a day, I noticed I didn't hurt so much getting out of bed. Plus I had less pain throughout the day. It also started to help with my sugar cravings & help my ibs. Each day my pain levels are less & I can do more. Fast forward 23 days, my pain is at an all time low. I haven't had this low of pain in 10 yrs. I'm accomplishing more than I have in about 5 yrs. Despite being up since 5 a.m. this morning, watching the 4 yr old girl, , helping my father stand up, push him in a wheelchair, cleaning carpet, mopping & sweeping the floor, etc my pain is a little bit over mild. I'm also not worried about a flare tomorrow. Usually doing less then 25% of this, would cause a major flare for at least 3 days. The olive leaf supplement has greatly helped.

I've been struggling with an elevated blood pressure for the past 4 years. My doctor has prescribed meds for me since it was first observed since then but I have refused to take them. I really did not want to become a slave to the meds. I started monitoring my blood pressure on a daily basis and keeping a record of it on a spreadsheet with the intention of creating a record of the variances that have been noticed. Specifically, it never dropped below 160/96 and always ranged between that and 180/120, which was quite alarming. The funny thing is this, hypertension seems to run in the family and i remembered my dad (now deceased) had an Olive Tree in his backyard and every morning as a rule, he would steep the leaves and make a tea form them, which he drank...He never said why, he always simply said "it good for you, drink it". Since I started using the product I've seen a significant improvement in my blood pressure and for that, I am deeply grateful.

I’m sure this product is good for those in need of an Olive Leaf supplement. I started taking this for better control of chronic EBV - not for blood pressure or anything else. I am in my younger 20s with a 120/80 bp. However, throughout the day after taking this supplement, my heart hurts. One review said that this pain went away after the first day, but mine did not after five. I stopped yesterday and am starting to feel better already. Again, I’m sure it’s not the brand in itself, but merely the olive leaf just not being for me!
