Does this need refrigeration after it's opened?

If you have A/C it's fine. Just keep it clean. But for me I refrigerated it.

Is this product peanut free?

Ingredients: Mango pieces (39%), Green chilli pieces (20%), Salt, Water, Cottonseed oil, Spices (Chilli, Mustard, Fenugreek, Turmeric, Cumin, Coriander, Asafoetida) and Acetic acid as Acidity regulator (E 260).

I always had hard time opening the jar lid. Is there any easy way to open the jar lid?

What I usually do is tap the lid lightly with a knife handle, that ought to loosen it up, works all the time!
